PAYMENTS 

Payment is due at the time of checkout regardless of shipping.

SHIPPING

Items are shipped out within 3-5 business days each week. Delivery time does not include weekends. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and USPS exceptions beyond our control.


Undeliverable Packages:
If the address provided is incorrect and undeliverable by USPS, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage fees that are incurred. A flat rate $5.00 shipping cost will be charged to the customer to re-deliver the order with corrected shipping address.

Shipping will not be refunded. 

 

RETURN POLICY 

 

• Returns are accepted for store credit only!
• All returns must be returned in 21 days from purchase.
• Sale items and accessories are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned.
• All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. If items have makeup, deodorant, or other stains/odors, you WILL NOT be given credit.
• Shoes must be unworn, returned in a protective shipping box or envelope. Any signs of wear, you WILL NOT be given credit.
• Return shipping fees are to be covered by the customer, unless the item is damaged, then Erin Girl Boutique would pay for the returned shipping.
