PAYMENTS 

Payment is due at the time of checkout regardless of shipping.

SHIPPING

Items that are in stock will be shipped out within 3-5 business days each week. All pre-order items take 4-6 weeks to process and ship. If you order an in stock item with a pre-order item the order will ship once the preorder item is processed. You must order those in stock items separately to have them ship right away. Delivery time does not include weekends. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and USPS exceptions beyond our control. Undeliverable Packages:
If the address provided is incorrect and undeliverable by USPS, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage fees that are incurred. A flat rate $5.00 shipping cost will be charged to the customer to re-deliver the order with corrected shipping address.

Shipping will not be refunded. 

 

RETURN POLICY 

 

• Returns are accepted for store credit only!
• All returns must be returned in 21 days from purchase.
• Sale items and all handbags and accessories are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned.
• All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. If items have makeup, deodorant, or other stains/odors, you WILL NOT be given credit.
• Shoes must be unworn, returned in a protective shipping box or envelope. Any signs of wear, you WILL NOT be given credit.
• Return shipping fees are to be covered by the customer, unless the item is damaged, then Erin Girl Boutique would pay for the returned shipping.
